  NOT RECOMMENDED! Never go there or even talk to these people. They rent out their vacation homes to students over the winter and don't hesitate to invent stories to charge them extra money after they already moved out. Employees don't respect the rental contract and act like agreements on the phone never happended. While living there, I was harshly threatened multiple times for no reason by Pier Realty management because they confused me with another tenant. Additionally, they regularly let random people in your home without asking you or even giving you a short notice. More than one time I felt like a zoo animal while suddenly seeing myself and my personal belongings inspected by a group of strangers in my living room. I always paid rent on time and caused no trouble. As a foreigner in the US, I feel mistreated and taken advantage of. Don't make the same mistake of renting anything from Pier Realty.
